Common questions
Where are the grown-ups' settings?
Tap the lock button at the top of the Den. You'll answer a quick parent check, then you can turn voices and sounds on or off, change printing options, and reset the Den.
I can't hear Bandit or the crew.
Check that the device volume is up and that voices are on in the grown-ups' settings.
How do I print a page?
Open a page, then tap Print. The app uses your device's standard AirPrint screen, so your printer needs to support AirPrint.
Will we lose our drawings if we delete the app?
Yes. Drawings and progress are saved only on your device, so deleting the app removes them. Print or share any favorites first.
Does the app collect any data?
No. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
